I was a little shocked that Square did not make it, nor did Beximco.

AB making it makes the entire thing sound like a joke. AB Bank is the Grameenphone of banks (maybe Grameen Bank of banks), but less successful.

Wasn't Pubali black listed in 2007 by Bangladesh Bank?

Ofcourse it is not the first time that some of these shady banks "managed" to pick up foreign awards.

So to recap, congrats but it is a bit too shady.

Interesting and useful information. However, Prime Bank being picked in this group makes me happy as it is breaking grounds on creating some good product lines for consumers. Beximco and Square Pharmaceuticals not making the list does bring some question.

Looking forward to similar sort of posts in future. :)
