A huge percentage of keywords in Google-generated search results that pointed to Bangladesh Corporate Blogs were related to a particular GrameenPhone official. This blog does not aim to discuss about any individual as companies and their employees are supposed to be different entities. However the tremendous curiousity regarding this particular GP official, who until recent times, had been very popular in the newspapers and TV news on GP events, started to appear as if the 'Face of GrameenPhone'. Business magazines and newspapers like The Executive Times, The Financial Express, etc. can arrange to publish articles on 'corporate celebrities' of Bangladesh, who by dint of their industry, merit and hardwork have made it up the corporate ladder very quickly. Interested parties can learn from them and try to benefit in their own careers. If 'climbing up the ladder' was achieved by means other than the ones described, its upto the publishers whether its worth publishing or not, and beyond the scope of this article.
This is the first, fast and furious Bangladeshi business blog where we talk about Bangladeshi brands and businesses from a consumer experience perspective. We appreciate their good actions, criticize their false promises, expose their internal malpractices, evaluate their accomplishments, business strategies and propose ideas for better branding, better business and protection of our (consumer) rights in the process.
